• 8 am - 9 am: Optional Movement Session

• 9 am: Opening Circle

• 9 am - 8 pm: Seminar Hours (including adjusting session)

Saturday, June 22:

• 7 am- 8 am: Optional Movement Session

• 8 am - 6 pm: Seminar Hours (including adjusting session)

• 7 pm - 10 pm: 2024 BGI Community Gathering with Variety Show (See below for more info)

Sunday, June 23:

• 8 am - 9 am: Optional Movement Session

• 9 am - 3 pm: Seminar Hours (including adjusting session)
