You can add other BGI seminars to your already purchased package for the same discounted rate if you decide to attend more seminars. BGI Foundational Seminars include BGI 1, 2, 3, and Osseous. Many BGI Seminars that are not Foundational can be added to packages on a case-by-case basis. Prices may vary.

EXAMPLE PACKAGE FOR A BGI 1, BGI 2 & BGI 3:

• Students and DCs <2 Yrs: $350/seminar = $1050 total

• DCs > 2 Yrs: $450/seminar = $1350

EXAMPLE PACKAGE FOR TWO FOUNDATIONAL SEMINARS AND BGI 4M USA

• Students and DCs <2 Yrs: $350 + $350 + 495 = $1195

• DCs > 2 Yrs: $450 + $450 + $595 = $1495

USA BGI Seminar Package Policies

• Packages are created by purchasing at least 3 seminars with the intention of attending all 3 in one calendar year.

  • The 3 Seminars may include any USA or Canadian Foundational Seminar. Many BGI Seminars that are not Foundational can be added to packages on a case-by-case basis. Prices may vary.

• All packages are individually created, paid for, and registered through a virtual/phone package consult.

  • When scheduling your package, you must have the seminars you intend to attend already chosen.

• Packages must be completed in one calendar year:

  • Exceptions will be made due to medical, environmental, or public health emergencies.

  • Exceptions may be made if BGI must cancel the seminar and an alternative date in the same city is not offered.

  • If the package is NOT completed in one year, you will retain the amount of money in credit for a future BGI seminar, but you will be responsible for the remaining balance towards an early-bird or late registration depending on when you register.

• Package Payment Information:

  • Packages may be purchased before you attend the 3 seminars in a year OR may be packaged after you attend the 1st seminar in your package

    • This means you can try out your first BGI Seminar and decide to add 2 more seminars in the same year. Your first seminar price will be retroactively discounted and your total owed will reflect that you already paid the full price for your first seminar. Example: $395 -$45 + $350 + $350 = $1050

  • Packages must be purchased before you attend the 2nd seminar in a year to be eligible for the full discount.

    • You cannot retroactively package seminars after you have attended 2 or more seminars in one year. This means if you attend 2 seminars in a year and pay full price, and then later decide to attend a third, you are eligible for the package price for ONLY the third+ seminar. Your previous payments will not be retroactively discounted.
      Example: $395 + $395 + $350

  • Payments for packages can be processed by Paypal, Venmo or Check only.

GENERAL BGI 2024 USA POLICIES

• BGI Seminars are offered for Chiropractors and Chiropractic Students.

• Refunds requested more than 30 days prior to the seminar date will be processed minus a $20 fee.

• Refunds requested less than 30 days prior to the seminar date will be processed minus a $100 fee.

• No refunds are available after 9 am of the seminar start date (when manuals have been sent out). Credit transfer may be available.

• In the case of BGI Seminars, LLC canceling a seminar full refunds or transfers will be offered.

• Seminar packages are non-refundable. Credits never expire.

• Seminar credits are transferable to the equivalent seminar type with no fee.

• Early Bird pricing end date is listed with the specific seminar.

• Minimum of 15 paid attendees to ensure a seminar.

• Seminar Prerequisites:

  • BGI 1 & Osseous Prerequisite: none

  • BGI 2 Prerequisite: BGI 1

  • BGI 3 Prerequisite: BGI 1 & BGI 2

  • BGI 4M Prerequisite: BGI 1, 2 & BGI 3

• Student seminar prices and packages are extended into the first two years after graduation.
